For my final 3D Fibers installation, I chose a lonely nook in the bricks to liven up. Everytime I walked by I was reminded of a memory from my childhood at a place called the Magic House where I used to go. In the front room was a little red door on the ground, and I never tired of crouching down to open that little door and exploring what was inside. I wanted to capture that childlike sense of imagination and vulnerability, to make people believe again that there could in fact be a very fiberous mouse living at 634 3/4 E.
