ho ho ho.
i am so excited to show you this! I am going to be selling some goodies at Finch's Holiday Bazaar this weekend..of course, what I had planned in the grand scheme of my head is not what I ended up with, but this 2009 calendar has been oh so much fun! Inspired by many of my favorite stationary designers, I have come up with my own little lovey dovey version to celebrate 2009!..here is a sneak peek! I am thinking of going etsy with these.. anyone interested?

ok..so cool.
I discovered Poladroid today..and am having a lot of fun right now. Yes, I wish I had my own polaroid camera, but for the meantime, this application is pretty amazing! Download it for free..when you open it, a little polaroid camera pops up on your desk top. You drag your photo onto the camera, and watch it develop! To save it, double click on the image and save. Definitely enough fun to entertain me for a while..
this picture is from a wonderful night at emily's listening to an amazing love story of wit and courage compliments of reba..

lab partners.
check out lab partner's amazing new prints from a recent show. I love the combination of the warm yellow with the shocking pink and black. And that they were inspired by a recent trip to Paris. Check out their blog here.

home.
It was a relaxing weekend and day off at home to celebrate my mom and sister's birthdays. I love being at the Little House and how much I have come to appreciate Oakland and its charms that I feel I have only know really come to appreciate. The garden was overgrown, but still beautiful in its own spooky october way. A long bike ride with my mom to our cousin's farm was a perfect afternoon activity and my stops to Nifty Thrifty and Finders Keepers were of course fabulous. It's as if I have my own little treasure troves in the middle of nowhere to find wonderful things I do no need but that I come home with because they are $1.50...a little run down of my finds?
